Sign Up For CPR Classes As a service to the Washington University community, EST periodically (usually twice a semester) offers classes in Adult and Infant CPR/AED. These classes are about 4 hours long and are usually offered on Saturday morning/afternoon. All of EST's instructors are fully certified by the American Red Cross, and participants in all EST classes are granted full Red Cross certification upon satisfactory completion of the course. If you or your organization are interested in CPR training, all you need to do to register is email estcpr@gmail.com with your name (or the names of people you would like to register for the course). In the past EST has also offered special classes for WU organizations, RA's doing floor programs, or just interested groups of ten or more individuals. Available dates available to register yourself or a group:
Pricing: For pricing details, please email estcpr@gmail.com Recertification If you have been trained in CPR previously and would like to recertify, you may also attempt what is called a "challenge." Instead of re-taking the entire course, a challenge allows you to simply take a test very similar to the one that is administered at the end of the full CPR and/or AED course. If you pass, you are granted certification without having taken the course. If you currently hold certification, you may retry the challenge as many times as you like as long as your certification is valid. If you are not currently certified, you may only attempt the challenge once before you must register in a full course. EST offers challenges for all forms of CPR/AED certification. If you are interested in attempting a challenge, please e-mail estcpr@gmail.com to for pricing and to arrange a time to meet with one of our instructors .
